-
Cash: Pay on the day of the performance. Please ask for the Treasurer or Booking Secretary.
All bookings are subject to approval by the Band Committee. We usually require a minimum booking time of one hour, and for bookings longer than this, a short break will be included within the scheduled time. The total booking duration includes all time at the venue—for example, 30 minutes of playing, a 30-minute break, and another 30 minutes of playing would count as a 90-minute booking. To help the Band set up comfortably, the venue should be accessible 30 minutes before the performance, and seating should be provided for all Band members (typically 25 chairs, unless otherwise agreed). For indoor concerts, a secure dressing room should be available from 30 minutes before the start until 30 minutes after the performance ends. The Band Committee may also set additional conditions for specific events if needed.
